Milton, FL - In response to Tropical Storm Issac, all Santa Rosa County Health Department locations have suspended client services, except for those individuals with an immediate need. Health department staff will be opening an evacuation shelter for individuals with special needs at 3:00 p.m. at the Milton Community Center, 5629 Byrom Street in Milton.
